Charged at our hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Emergency Service
Is available for appointments after 6pm, on weekends and major holidays.

Payment
Mac & Dan expects payment immediately upon receipt of services. All jobs are billed a minimum of one hour plus travel time when applicable (See below). We accept business and personal checks, cash and every major credit card.

Travel Time
A $75 flat rate fee will be charged for travel time to clients beyond our primary service areas. (Map) Additional fees for servicing areas beyond these may apply.

Hours of Operation
Mac & Dan operates Monday thru Friday from 8am to 6pm. All service is by appointment only. Additional charges may be incurred for evenings, weekends and major holidays. We always respond to email inquiries.

Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled at least 24th before the scheduled appointment start time. Cancellations made within 24hrs of scheduled appointment start time are subject to a one hour minimum charge. Charge may be waived if appointment is rescheduled within 48hrs of cancellation.

We guarantee our work for 30 days.
